I'm a freelance artist, designer, educator , musician, performer, programmer and consultant.

I am based the the West Midlands (UK) and have been trading as Psicon Lab since 2004. I've been active in the creative sector for over 10 years, delivering everything from performance art to software development.


Ben Neal

I have a Degree in Fine Art, a Masters Degree in Visual Communications, a Certificate in Education, 5 years teaching experience, and business training including a year-long Entrepreneurial Fellowship at Birmingham City University.

I regularly attend arts, music and cultural events, and have been involved with art organisations such as BOM, Ikon Gallery, New Art Gallery Walsall and Warwick Arts Center; festivals and events such as Sonár (Spain), Supersonic (UK), AVIT (UK) and Contact Europe (Germany).

Previous projects include: a string of new media artworks for Juneau Projects; several presentation tools for Loughborough University; and online educational content for Oxford University Press.

My personal work has been seen and heard on national TV, radio and other media, and at festivals and screenings across the UK, and in Europe and Canada.
